Now raising funds for Ditalini Press. Future book publishing company run by us....(you see, we could publish Luke's cookbooks, Aunt Sue's poetry and children's books, Eva's memoirs and fiction, Marc's fiction and sci-fi, and so much more! The possibilities are endless, and creatively freeing.

If ever we have a book publishing company, without a doubt it will be Ditalini Press. Thanks for making me laugh.
So many memories tied to a small tubular pasta. How could this not be the name of our publishing company? Wonderful!
we will leave our legacy after all!
Just a note, my mom told me ditalini means "digits" in italian, perfect for a book publishing company, as its our digits that push the pen to paper!
Is there a known food that can match it for pure nurture-ment? Am currently ditalini-less, ashamedly so!
